07/14/11 Omaha, Neb. - A low-level alert issued last month as Missouri River floodwaters approached a southeast Nebraska nuclear power plant has been lifted as water recedes, while a similar alert remains in effect for a second plant along the river that has been shut down since April.

07/06/11 OMAHA, Neb (Reuters) - Missouri River flooding closed another bridge on Wednesday morning, with U.S. Highway 30 between Blair, Nebraska, and Interstate 29 in Iowa shut down for 48 hours as crews install flood barriers, officials said.
