ATV driver could be charged with homicide

08/10/09 The driver in a deadly ATV crash near Valparaiso early Sunday could be charged with motor vehicle homicide, the Saunders County sheriff said. Brenda Strizek, 21, of Valparaiso, died in the crash, which happened just after midnight.
