06/23/10 BROKEN BOW, Nebraska -- A rural Bartley cowgirl and her barrel-racing horse won the Nebraska Barrel Horse Association youth 4-D division state championship in Broken Bow June 18, 19 and 20, and earned the right to compete in the National Barrel Horse Association world championship in Perry, Georgia, at the end of July.
