 03/21/10 The county commissioners have named Albert C. Beatty to replace the late Margaret Lewis-Moore on the board. Beatty, a Democrat from Harrells, is a former tobacco farmer. He will fill the office left vacant with the death of Lewis-Moore on Feb. 8 following gastric bypass surgery.
