Woman injured in boating accident improving

07/11/11 CHARLOTTE, N.C.-- A woman who was caught in a boat propeller weeks ago on Lake Norman is doing better today. Deondra Scott, 25, was upgraded to "good condition" over the weekend after losing her arm in the accident.
