    Blue Cross says 2011 increase for individuals is lowest in 4 years

    08/19/10 CHAPEL HILL -- Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina said yesterday that it plans to raise prices for individuals buying policies by about 7 percent next year, about half of the increase that hit customers this year.
