04/16/11 Freedom Gospel Group to perform The Freedom Gospel Group will be performing at Berean Free Will Baptist Church at 6 p.m. Saturday. They have been singing in the Kansas City area for more than 20 years. They sing out of Bethel Baptist Church in Independence, where most in the group are members.

Shaken Faithful Seek Comfort Of Destroyed Ala. Church

05/01/11 Bethel Baptist Church near Tuscaloosa, Ala., was flattened by tornadoes last week. Now, the church is preparing to meet Sunday in a park auditorium to help members of its congregation. Andrew Yeager of member station WBHM reports.

Funeral service will be Monday, May 9, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. at Bethel Baptist Church in Newell, Iowa. Visitation will take place Monday, May 9, 2011 from 2-4:00 p.m. at the church.
