HS TENNIS: Doubles playing doubles in Middletown

05/05/11 MIDDLETOWN - Taylor and J.T. Maher, Cheshire natives, attend Mercy High School and Xavier High School in Middletown. These twins are both seniors and both play doubles for their high schools' tennis teams, but tennis did not start in high school.

Hoboken kicks off Memorial Day events in Hudson County

05/24/11 TOMORROW 6:30 p.m. -- Hoboken -- Annual Memorial Day Parade from City Hall down Washington Street to the Elks Club at 10th Street. Former state legislator and Navy veteran Bernard Kenny will be the grand marshal. JROTC troops from McNair and Lincoln High Schools in Jersey City, Union City and Xavier High School will participate.
