    02/18/11 The family of homicide victims Maria Palaguachi-Cela and her toddler son were hit by a second tragedy Thursday when another family member fell to his death while working on a roof in New Bedford. Luis Gilberto Tenezaca Palaguachi, 25,  nephew of homicide victim Maria Avelina Palaguachi-Cela, fell from the roof of a three-family home on Hathaway Street.
