Kayaker rescued near Pine Island

07/09/11 Crews from Pine Island rescued a man late Saturday afternoon after he was swept away from his kayak.

Town of Goshen Police

07/14/11 June 14 Marcelino Torres-Oriol, 33, of Pine Island was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and possession of a counterfeit inspection sticker, both misdemeanors. He was released to appear in the Town of Goshen Justice Court on June 12.
