06/29/11 John Ross Caswell had his hands in just about everything to do with Lincoln. A resident for 53 years, he was involved in everything from Boy Scouts to zoning issues and more. And he continued to serve on a number of committees right up until the time of his death, according to Selectman Sara Mattes.
