    MassDOT: State now controls key tracks for South Coast Rail

    06/23/10 In what is being touted as a positive development for the South Coast Rail project, the state Department of Transportation announced Tuesday that the state now controls 30 miles of tracks running from Cotley Junction in Taunton to Fall River and New Bedford.
