Duck Race set for Sept. 10

07/13/11 The Haverhill Rotary Club will be holding its annual Duck Race on Saturday, Sept. 10, from the Basiliere Bridge to the Crescent Yacht Club. Winner of the race will receive a 2011 Toyota Yaris donated by Rockingham Toyota, Honda, Scion of Salem, N.H. Food Lion and its Customers Raise More Than $100,000 during 10th Annual "Thriller on the Griller at the Beach" Event ...

07/14/11 Food Lion associates and its customers raised a record $101,149 during its "Thriller on the Griller at the Beach" events, which benefit Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. The events were held June 17-July 3 at 14 Food Lion stores located along the coasts of North Carolina and South Carolina.

07/19/11 Children's Miracle Network Hospitals will hold a celebrity server fundraising event at Golden Corral in Greenville from 5-9 p.m. today. Local celebrities from the area will be waiting tables.
