Cleona man jailed for assault on teen girl

07/05/11 A 20-year-old Cleona man has been sentenced to Lebanon County prison for indecent assault of a teenage girl last year. Judge Charles T. Jones Jr. last week sentenced Spencer A. Smith , 30 N. Washington St., to three months to two years and ordered him to pay fines of $600 for indecent assault and corruption of a minor.
