10/13/10 BASILE, La. (AP) - Louisiana State Police are investigating a single vehicle fatal crash on U.S. Highway 190 east of Basile in Evangeline Parish. Troopers say 62-year-old Dave Guillory of Eunice was westbound Tuesday night when his truck ran off the road and hit a concrete retaining wall.
