    07/16/10 AMELIA, La. (AP) - State police say a 42-year-old Gibson man was struck and killed by a car on La. Highway 182 near Amelia. Troopers identified the victim of Friday's accident as Troy Francois. Investigators say Francois was lying in the roadway in the accident occurred.
