05/29/11 The third annual Salina Steak Out will be 6:30 p.m. Saturday at the Wilson ranch on North Simpson Road. The event, a fundraiser for the University of Kansas Alumni Association, will feature steaks by America's Best Steaks and side dishes by the Brookville Hotel.
