South side schools OKs 8 percent tax hike in final budget

06/06/11 South Williamsport Area School Board approved in a 6-0 vote the final reading of a $15.5 million budget for 2011-12 at Monday's meeting, which will increase taxes by 1 mill, or 8 percen.
