Stimulus paves way for roadwork

08/10/09 Federal stimulus money will help pave more than 20 miles of roads in Wayne County during the next 11 months. City and county officials just learned that Wayne County and Richmond have received $4.5 million in American Recovery and Reinvestment Act money for 11 road projects.
