Indy Pro-Am Summer League a hit with players

07/12/11 INDIANAPOLIS- Just because the NBA lockout is in full swing does not mean professional basketball has disappeared from Central Indiana. Taking place every Tuesday and Thursday evening at Indiana University/Purdue University Indianapolis's gymnasium this summer, the Indy Pro AM Summer League showcases the best and brightest talent in and around Indianapolis.

07/16/11 The Arizona Summer League has tapped the Yuma Scorpions for some much-needed pitching help in the early stages of the league. On Friday, Scorpions media relations director Mike Peatross tossed seven strong innings for Team Canada in an 8-2 win over the Mesa Miners.
