Wyoming prosecutor holds out against Colton Harris-Moore plea deal

06/22/11 A prosecutor in Wyoming still plans to file charges against Colton Harris-Moore, the "Barefoot Bandit." Bryan Skoric, the prosecuting attorney in Park County near Yellowstone National Park, told a local paper he wasn't satisfied with the federal plea agreement Harris-Moore signed Friday.
