Judge honored for his efforts with youth programs

07/11/11 District Court Judge Earl-Ray Neal was recently recognized for his work with youth in Clark and Madison counties. Neal and Jennifer L. Webb, a paralegal for the 25th Judicial District, received the 2011 Law Related Education Award during a ceremony at the annual Kentucky Court of Justice Law Day at the Capitol in Frankfort.

Nichols gets Conservative nod
