06/02/11 2:27 a.m., 8900 block of Lismore Drive (central Elk Grove): Elk Grove police arrested Christopher Obray, 27, of Sacramento and Lisa Lopez, 31, of Elk Grove on suspicion of receiving stolen property. An officer contacted them during a traffic stop and learned their vehicle was reported stolen.
