06/17/11 5:18 p.m., 8200 block of Laguna Boulevard (Laguna): Elk Grove police arrested Casey Scott, 24, of Elk Grove; Jason Hasher, 29, a transient; Noah Theurer, 27, of Wichita, KS, and Robert Posadas, 43, of Sacramento on suspicion of disorderly conduct. They were allegedly intoxicated in public.
