    07/24/10 9:30 p.m., 9200 block of Chianti Way (central Elk Grove): Elk Grove police arrested Andrew Szyntar, 30, on suspicion of having a warrant and possessing drug paraphernalia. Officers reportedly found him in the shed of a vacant home and learned there was a warrant for his arrest.
