12/14/10 Dresses sparkled and men's shoes shined when, after a year's hiatus, the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce brought back its Evening D'Elegance dinner and auction. You could see the New York skyline in the lobby of the Salem Conference Center, and the seats were donned with copies of Gerry Frank's "Where to Find it, Buy it Eat it in New York."
