07/14/11 An Elgin man with a lengthy criminal history has been sent to prison after his recent conviction for being in possession of a stolen car. Jesus A. Garza, 36, of Elgin, was sentenced Wednesday by Associate Judge Leonard Wojtecki to six years in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
