Women injured in crashes

07/17/11 A Post Falls woman was injured Saturday morning at Interstate 90, milepost 6.5 when her car traveled into the median and overturned, according to Idaho State Police.

Lakeland Junior All-Stars advance to state playoffs

07/17/11 Brian Howell's two-run double in the bottom of the sixth ended the game as Lakeland defeated Post Falls 15-5 in the championship game of the Idaho District 1 Juniors (age 13-14) tournament Saturday at Bret James Memorial Field in Post Falls.
