    07/02/11 NAMPA, Idaho -- Nampa Police said they have located a missing Nampa boy. Police located and returned 12-year-old Oscar Hernandez Lopez to his parents Saturday evening. The boy had left their home early Saturday morning. Nampa Police wanted to thank the public for their help in locating the runaway.
