    Construction Complete on Levy in Menan

    06/16/11 Construction is complete on a new levy embankment along the Snake River near the Scotts Slough in Jefferson County. Flood experts with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Jefferson County officials have finished building up more an embankment more than one mile long.
