02/16/11 A federal judge sentenced Somali pirate Abduwali Muse to 33 years, 9 months in prison for hijacking the container ship Maersk Alabama in the Indian Ocean in 2009. Prosecutors said Muse, who pleaded guilty in May, led pirates who captured the ship and held its captain, Richard Phillips, for five days.
