06/09/11 IOWA CITY, Iowa -- Former Hawkeye All-American Lauren Pfeiffer has been named to the 2011 USA Women's National Team. In addition, six current University of Iowa field hockey team members will compete in the USA Junior High Performance Women's National Championships.

Former Iowa wrestler heads west

07/15/11 Former Hawkeye All-American wrestler Ty Eustice was hired as an assistant coach at South Dakota State last week. The move will be the first time Eustice, a native of Blue Earth, Minn., will coach at the Division-I level, although he coached at lower-level schools after graduating from Iowa.
