5th victim in church van crash dies

06/23/11 UPDATE:   Louisiana State Trooper said that the fifth victim involved in the church van crash has died. The driver of the van, Joey McKan, died from injuries he sustained in the crash.  He was pronounced dead at 1:30 pm today at St Francis Hospital in Monroe.

Abby Maloney, Brian Dunnigan

06/25/11 Abby Marie Maloney, formerly of Erie, and Brian Patrick Dunnigan, were united in marriage on June 19, 2010. The 6 p.m. ceremony was held at St. John's United Methodist Church, a historic and deconstructed church in Baltimore, Md. Father Tom Composto, a friend of the bride and groom, officiated at the evening ceremony.

Douglas Charles Madsen

07/11/11 Douglas Charles Madsen, 72, of Castle Rock, Colo., died July 5, 2011. Mass of the Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Tuesday, July 11, 2011 at St Francis Assisi Catholic Church of Castle Rock. Burial will be in the Cedar Hill Cemetery in Castle Rock.
