08/05/09 HARTLY, Del.- Farmers in Kent County said the recent rainfall has been a welcome sight. The corn on Ted Bobola's farm near Hartly is at least 10-feet-high. Bobola said if the area continues to receive plenty of rain, there will be an abundant corn crop.
