07/18/11 A 50-year-old Georgetown man was charged with his sixth DUI after he was spotted speeding on a motorcycle near Oak Orchard, state police said today. Nicholas J. Fell was charged with sixth-offense driving under the influence of alcohol, a felony, as well as driving while suspended or revoked and speeding. He was jailed in lieu of $6,200 cash bond.
