Pen Argyl woman Lucia Petchel dies following Monroe County accident

07/17/11 An 84-year-old Pen Argyl woman died last week following a car accident on Old Route 115 in Ross Township, Monroe County, according to a news release from Pennsylvania State Police at Lehighton.
