Red Cross Delmarva deploying 23 volunteers

05/13/11 The American Red Cross of the Delmarva Peninsula will deploy 23 volunteers to tornado-ravaged areas of the south. Early Wednesday morning, three volunteers will leave from the Red Cross Wilmington office and 20 AmeriCorps youth volunteers will deploy from the Red Cross Elkton office.
