    Photo studio owner indicted on child pornography charges

    11/18/09 Steven Hughes, 52, has been indicted on child pornography charges. Hughes, who resided in the Ogletown area, is charged with 30 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Child and 30 counts of Dealing in Child Pornography. He was arrested several weeks ago at his second home near Millsboro.
