06/26/11 David Kreske, a retired fire captain who served in the San Bernardino City Fire Department for 30 years, died June 21 at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Fontana after a bout with cancer.

07/17/11 Ben Robles, 62, of Hemet, died July 8, 2011, at Kaiser Permanente in Riverside. Services will be at 1 p.m. July 16 at Miller-Jones Mortuary in Hemet. Mr. Robles, who was born in Texas, lived in Hemet for 55 years. He was a metal worker in the aerospace industry for 45 years.
