    06/12/11 GOSHEN - Connecticut Environmental Conservation (CEC) police have identified the man they found dead just after 1 p.m. Saturday on North Goshen Reservoir in Goshen. Officials said the investigation into the death of 81-year-old Arthur Fenn of Harwinton is still under investigation.

    35 Artists Will Open Studios for Tour June 25

    06/02/11 Thirty-five artists will open their studios to the public to show their work and discuss their creative processes during the Open Your Eyes Studio Tour. The Open Your Eyes tour takes place in the towns of Norfolk, Colebrook, Winsted, Barkhamsted/Riverton, and New Hartford on Saturday, June 25, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, June 26, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is free to the public.

    Police seize large amounts of marijuana, cash headed to Bridgeport area

    02/17/11 BRIDGEPORT -- Police intercepted a large shipment of marijuana from Kansas that they said was to be sold on the streets of the Park City. Members of the Southwest Office of Statewide Narcotics task Force seized more than a dozen pounds of marijuana from homes in Stratford, Bridgeport and Harwinton on Tuesday along with more than $25,000 in cash.
