Burrell, Gardner, Shuler, Benanto Gold Key Winners

12/26/09 Scott Burrell, who was drafted in the first round of the Major League Baseball and NBA drafts, threw the most famous pass in UConn basketball history and won a title with the Chicago Bulls, will receive a Gold Key from the Connecticut Sports Writers' Alliance in April.

Celtics: Former UConn star nears record

01/18/11 The three basketball players would get together at UConn for some long-distance shooting practice. Scott Burrell, who was in the NBA after playing four seasons for the Huskies, was joined by fellow Huskies Donyell Marshall and Brian Fair to fine-tune their 3-point shooting.
