    12/30/09 -- David J. Bell, Jr., of Brattleboro, was arrested on Oct. 10 for hunting deer over bait during archery season. Bell was caught in his tree stand with two piles of apples on the ground below. He will face a fine of up to $500 and could face a three-year loss of his license.
