Keep your cool during heat wave

07/20/11 MANITOWOC By Sunday, temperatures in Manitowoc County could be back down to the upper 70s, according to the forecast from the National Weather Service. But thats five days away, and until then, the county expects temperatures in the 80s and even 90s along with high humidity.
