    Rockefeller Tree To Become Conn. Home

    01/08/10 The Christmas tree that stood tall in Rockefeller Center this year is making a complete circle. The tree came from Easton Connecticut, and will now return to the state to be used as lumber for a Habitat For Humanity home.

    12/29/09 Oliver Dwight Buckland, 89, of Pinehurst, passed away Saturday, Dec. 26, 2009, at Elmcroft Assisted Living. A funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, Dec. 30, at 11 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pinehurst. The family will receive friends at Boles Funeral Home in Southern Pines Wednesday, Dec. 30, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. A Rite of Christian Burial will be held at a later date in Connecticut.

    Boil Water Advisory Lifted On-Campus
