07/07/11 Army Staff Sgt. Joshua A. Throckmorton, 28, of Battle Creek died July 5 along with two other soldiers after insurgents attacked their unit with an improvised explosive device in Afghanistan's Paktia province. They were part of the 709th Military Police Battalion, based in Hohenfels, Germany.
