Ohio Supreme Court rules in favor of New Phila in records case

07/07/11 The Ohio Supreme Court has unanimously ruled to overturn a decision by the Fifth District Court of Appeals awarding a Massillon man $84,000 in damages after he sued the city of New Philadelphia for police department records that had been destroyed.
