01/13/10 1-3-10 - Assault - Misdemeanor in the 2900 block of Oak Rd. A known victim, employed by a known towing company was physically assaulted by a known suspect after attempting to privately tow an illegally parked vehicle from the incident location. A warrant was issued for the known suspect.
