Public Comment Sought On Brookfield Ed. Budget

01/08/10 Brookfield Superintendent of Schools Anthony Bivona told the Board of Education this week that increases in health-care expenses, payments to the town's pension fund and utility costs are partly driving the need for his proposed 5.62 percent in spending for the fiscal year that starts in July.
