|  11/13/09 NORTH ANDOVER -The Fresh City chain closed its Turnpike Street restaurant yesterday after four years of serving burritos, stir frys, salads and sandwiches. Fresh City co-owner Larry Reinstein said the North Andover franchise, located in the Eaglewood Shops mall, was a casualty of the difficult economy. There were 12 findings of West Nile virus in mosquitoes found in North Andover between June 30 and mid-September, leading the town to spray twice in an attempt to prevent the virus from spreading to humans.
