Romanian pleads guilty in ATM fraud

02/27/10 NEW HAVEN -- A Romanian citizen arrested nearly a year ago on charges of gluing a camera and scanner onto a South Norwalk bank ATM, pleaded guilty in federal court Friday to one count of bank fraud and one count of aggravated identity theft.
